Searchlight and Asos – Two useful tweaks

Searchlight

Searchlight could be used to enhance the Spotlight in few useful ways. Basically via this tweak, spotlight searching interface could be accessed from wherever you are. If you are using an app, yet you can access the spotlight interface without exit from the current app. You can pin the recent and favorite apps to the spotlight interface. For users of application launchers on their PC, Searchlight is best suited for them. Two Best Tweaks UPSCALE ,SWYPE KEYBOARD

You can configure the Searchlight via settings app. The preference panel of this tweak could be found in the settings app.  Preference panel contains several stylish preferences. So you can select from them. Using Activator Methods panel, first of all you have to set an Activator gesture for this tweak. You have several easy options, such as “Double tap on status bar”, etc….

At every time you changed the preferences to this tweak except setting the Activator gesture, you have to tap on the Save/Refresh button. Then only the changes will be activated.

After setting the Activator gesture for this, its look and behavior could be modified. You can change the header of spotlight. The default header, i.e. Adaptive Light view can be modified to blur, dark or light view.

Searchlight is made available at BigBoss repo on Cydia for $1.99.

Asos

Asos is for the people who wish to have another level of security than the lock screen Passcode.
Phillip Tennen of the Cortex development team has developed this awesome security tweak. This tweak allows you to have individual passcodes for individual apps. After installing this and setting individual passcodes for apps, you are in a more safe status. Even if somebody guesses your lock screen passcode, they will not have the access to your passcode protected apps.

So this will really offers you an extra layer of security for the most important apps, such as Settings, Cydia, PanGu, etc.

In addition to that, these passcode protected apps could be blurred using this. So in App Switcher those apps wont show for the unauthorized people.

For users having Touch ID supported iOS devices, Touch ID could be used instead of passcodes.

Asos can be purchased from BigBoss repo on Cydia for $ 0.99. Existing users can update the app free of charge.
